Provider and processing roles
Supaapps GmbH operates Mayicookies. Account and service administration are separate from customer website consent records. Customers determine their website purposes and notices; the applicable processing agreement must define roles and instructions.
Website measurement
Optional Google Analytics measurement is disabled until configured and consented to. You can refuse without losing access to the website and withdraw through Cookie settings. Funnel events exclude email addresses, customer domains, workspace names, and authentication data.
Account and consent data
Platform93 handles authentication and workspace identity. The service stores site configuration and consent choices with policy versions, visitor identifiers, timestamps, GPC signals, and audit information. Workspace retention settings control record pruning; those settings are not a promise about backup deletion.
Requests and launch review
Contact us for privacy questions. Before public launch, confirm the processor list, hosting locations, transfer mechanisms, lawful bases, retention periods, data-subject process, and analytics configuration against actual operations.
